DAV Pushpanjali celebrated its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony 2025 on 6 December,2025 with great enthusiasm. The event, held on the school grounds, was attended by distinguished guests including Col. Ashwini Bhardwaj, OSD, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Chief Guest), Lt. Varun Draveriya (alumnus), Shri R.P. Sharma(Chairman), Mrs. Sneh Verma (Manager), and Mrs. Himal Handoo (Principal, Hansraj Model School, Punjabi Bagh) along with DAVCMC officials.
The programme paid tribute to 150 years of ‘Vande Mataram’, celebrating national pride and unity. After the ceremonial lamp lighting and the DAV anthem, students presented vibrant cultural performances. The primary segment welcomed the audience as “dreamers,” the Cambridge Wing showcased ‘In Season’, and the theatrical group presented ‘Shaurya’, honouring the courage of Indian soldiers.
Principal Mrs. Rashmi Raj Biswal shared the School Report, highlighting excellent achievements in CBSE X & XII, along with accomplishments in sports and co-curricular activities. Meritorious students received awards including the Principal’s Award, All-Rounder and Scholar Blazers. Bose House won the House Trophy of the year. The prestigious T.S. Shriram Memorial Award was presented to two students for exceptional excellence.
In his address, the Chief Guest praised the school’s progress and motivated students to contribute to building a united and progressive “New India.”
The event concluded with a colourful Finale, celebrating the spirit of “Nation First”, followed by a resonant chanting of ‘National Anthem’.
