To promote a festive fervor and a love for Indian heritage and culture, DAV Pushpanjali organized and celebrated DIWALI MELA on 17.10.2025 & 18.10.2025.

The life skills taught through a school’s social events and gatherings help in building character and entrepreneurial skills of future generations and also help in dissolving stress.

NEP-2020 also promotes celebration of Indian culture and heritage, our school resonates our love for Indian heritage and culture through such activities.

17.10.2025 was also observed as the BAGLESS DAY as per CBSE guidelines.

Major Attractions of the Mela were-

*Beautiful Diwali decorative items, candles, diyas, gifts bandanvars etc.

*A huge platter of yummy snacks to appease taste buds and promote taste of India.

*Innumerable fun games to curb mobile obsession of students and parents.

*Live orchestra to showcase student talent.

*Theatre performance to promote Safe Diwali.

*Inter- class Rangoli competition.

*Promotion of Student Club, Alumni, Parent enterprise.

The mela was a huge success and promoted community welfare.
